COVID 19 is one of the country’s most significant challenges for nearly 100 years. We understand how worrying this is, especially to the older and more vulnerable members of our society.

Our CarePals are here to deliver home support and assistance to ensure that you stay physically fit and well fed. They can also go shopping or pick up medication and help you to keep connected with loved ones and friends using technology such as Zoom.

Across the North East of England, our offices and CarePals are all working very hard throughout this crisis, to ensure that all of our clients are getting the support that they need. We are following the Government’s guidance on delivering home care www.gov.uk/coronovirus during this time, to ensure that we are minimising the risk of spreading infection and to ensure that our CarePals and clients are kept as safe as possible.
