Our clients cross a very broad spectrum of both age and ability to live alone with a variety of physical and mental health conditions, or age related illnesses. Happiest at Home provides dedicated home care, support & friendship services to clients, to enable them to enjoy a quality life in their own home and local community.

We hand select our CAREPals based on their qualifications, experience, personalities, hobbies and interests, to give the best match possible for our clients.  Our lovely team of ‘CAREPals’  ensure that our service is delivered in an exceptional way.

As a CAREPal you must be a dedicated professional who is friendly, presentable, reliable, punctual, caring and hard-working.

As a dedicated CAREPal you will visit clients to offer support and friendship.

You will be their friendly face and companion to help with daily activities to enhance their life and well-being.  This can be anything from taking people to activities, to cooking, household cleaning to personal care, helping with pets, and many more things too.

CAREPals very often become trusted friends with their clients, someone that they can easily chat to, discuss things and share things with, both at home and when out and about.

Flexible one to one support

Our service is tailored to deliver exactly what the client wants it to, be that a few relatively short visits each week, every day care, weekly trips for community activities.  In addition to the scheduled calls, some may wish the occasional respite care if possible, we like our carers to be flexible where possible.

Client peace of mind

As a CAREPal you are dedicated to your individual clients, so that your client sees the same happy face on each and every visit.

To join the Happy team you must have a clean enhanced DBS, two excellent references from previous employers and be ID checked, to ensure client peace of mind.
