1. Tell us what you really want from your CAREPal
Chat with one of our experienced client managers on the phone – tell us what is really important to you to receive the best possible care. We take into consideration personality and interests as well as experience and qualifications to make sure you really gel.
2. We will match you with a perfect CAREPal
Once you have chatted with us, our team will match you with your ideal CAREPal(s). We will send you detailed profiles of carers that best match your requirements; photographs, their experience, a bit about their lives and interests. You can read about them in your own time and see which you like the sound of, which you think you’ll get along with best.
3. You choose
When you find a profile you like, we will organise a meet and greet with them. This can be in person or over the phone if you prefer. Feel free to have family or friends there too to meet them. Take time to chat and get a feel of the potential bond you could have with them.
4. Give us the Go Ahead
Once you have met and made sure the CAREPal is a good fit for you, we do our final onboarding and complete all necessary paperwork. This bit is up to us and we don’t take long to get all the boxes ticked.
5. Congratulations it’s a match!
We will help you finalise arrangements so that your care can start. This includes chatting with our client manager to iron out the details and put in place a great schedule. We do understand that with time things change, and we will always be there to help you stay happy.
