- You will be offered packages of care in your local area, you decide if you would like to take them or not.
- Each package of care is with one specific client, this allows you to build great relationships with lovely clients.
- The minimum duration of each care visit is 3 hours per visit – you won’t be rushed.
- The minimum care package of care is 9 hours per week.
- You will be given access to a Happiest at Home phone app, which allows you to log in and out of care visits. This manages your timesheets and wages.
- We pay expenses and mileage to take clients out or to go shopping for clients.
- Happiest at Home CarePals receive the highest rates of pay for home care in the UK.
