Following our telephone conversation, I am confirming the details and price of the agreed care package. This agreement acknowledges that both parties are in full agreement regarding your wishes and how you require your support to be scheduled. By responding to this agreement, expressing your intention, you are exclusively entrusting Happiest at Home to assign a CAREPal and understand that no upfront cost will be incurred until the care package is in place. I understand that this may take up to 10 working days and I will NOT assign this care package to any other 3rd party care provider in that time.
