We check previous employment references, and carry out extensive background and ID checks. We also pay high rates of pay (by far the highest locally for care assistants) to ensure that our team are well rewarded for their hard work.
No one can join Happiest at Home if they have any history of recorded crime, so you can rest assured that we all have clear enhanced DBS checks.
